I've a question about the license, it states
"You can't use the full library (360 formats) in a commercial product, and not make a product similar with XnView"
If you're not allowed to make a product similar with XnView, what can you do with it ??
Every image viewer / manipulation tool is in my eyes similar to XnView / ImageMagick / Photoshop / Paintshop / etc !!
