Commercial use of GFL SDK library

Post by Dani321 »

Hello

I'm a developer working for a software engineering company. We're interested in using GFL SDK library in one of our commercial products.
Specifically, we need a solution for reading and writing IPTC data from/to JPEG images.
The GLF SDK Website notes that for licensing / pricing detail, one should contact Pierre Gougelet by eMail.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a response.

Does anyone know more about the conditions for commercial use of the GFL SDK library?
Another thread in this forum mentions that the ActiveX-Version, GflAx, can be used in commercial products. Is this correct? What are the differences in functionality between the library and the ActiveX-Control?

Thank you
Daniel
