In the above changelog there are links to the topics. From what I can see "Change timestamp and video" is fixed in 2.30 and discussed in topic "Change Timestamp" time calculation bug.

Yes, I also guess the problem described in topic "Change Timestamp" & DST was addressed in this change. Perhaps Pierre can confirm this.

Horrible bug.
I have a mouse wheel is used for "the next / previous file." In version 2.37, if the files in the directory are HiDPI files, then the mouse wheel "forget" about it and change the scale. Mode often changes itself in a single session. I returned to version 2.36, which is all right.

This indeed severe bug has been reported before and will be fixed in XnView 2.37.1, soon.
