Batch convert & read only files

Semi solved.

I would like to see an expanded dialogue for "all files":

The program should
a) Report and ask: File x.tif is write-protected. Do want want to change? yes / no / yes for all / no for all

And the standard "Cancel"-Button is confusing - the question asks for "Yes / no" and not for "OK / Cancel"
