This tool is great for comparing images by content, but the interface is not that good.
I wish to manually select files to be deleted. Only option is to delete both.
And, by the way, how is the reference established. Is it the left image or the right one?

Yes, the "find similar files" interface is poor. It's difficult to see which file will be deleted, it's not possible to select which one will be deleted - left or right AFAIK and it's very annoying to delete several files, it's possible only using a mouse - right click the thumbnail and select delete, then move a cursor to the thumbnail, right click and delete again... Toolbar buttons and keyboard shortcuts to "delete left" / "delete right" file would help, it was already requested, but I have new idea...
