- width value is 100
- type 50 as width
- click the small down button next to width field
= value is changed to 99 instead of 49

Minor resize dialog bug
- open any image and open the resize dialog
- select % for the screen size
- width value is 100
- type 50 as width
- click the small down button next to width field
= value is changed to 99 instead of 49
