B3: Capture: Rectangle does not work when using timer

When using "Timer" as trigger for screen capturing, the new capture type "Rectangle" will not work.

To reproduce:
1.) Select "Tools > Capture"
2.) In "Capture Setup" dialog select "Rectangle" and choose "Delay" as "method".
3.) Press "OK"
---> XnView minimizes and after some few seconds it restores its size, but nothing is captured.

Confirmed for Windows 2000

The snapshot is taken immediately, no matter how many seconds of delay time I enter.

Fixed in 1.94 RC1.
