I tried both of those and in the end found I prefer a menu driven system. I use LaunchOnFly 1.3.2 (last freeware version), I'll buy v1.5.2 soon though....Peter2 wrote:I found two freeware programs which "launch software"

I've tried a few keystroke launchers, and decided to stick with Launchy 1.25.
It has everything i need and expect from a launcher. It learns with time and predicts what are you trying to launch, which is great feature, together with ability to type substrings with ommited characters. (for ex, typing xv can launch xnview)
I don't need zillion features, aliases creation, batch, search etc. (even those are supported)
