Getting terrible redraw rate while drag moving image with Corsair mouse

I recently got a Corsair Harpoon mouse and found a nasty bug while using it to drag large image file.

I only recorded in 30fps, but you can see the nasty redraw rate there that make it looks like I've just won a solitaire game.

This bug only happens with XnView Classic. XnViewMP does not have this issue. Nor Photoshop and every other programs I use. I don't know what the cause is. The mouse dpi is set to ~1200 dpi.

I switched to my logitech mouse and the laptop touchpad and they don't cause this issue either.

The glitchy redraw is more noticeable on low dpi, but it still causes the problem at any dpi.
