Cannot see pictures with japanese names or in folders with japanese names

I download lots of stuff from Japan.
Some files have japanese characters in the names and also folders have names with japanese characters like this:
57557532924 - 01 - LEGO Spinner シド・ミード所有.jpg
55942856662 - 01 - 37737-suit_b.jpg高々度与圧服 ＳＲ－７１ Ｕ－２.jpg
56681987067 - 01 - shoji_“ (2013年 宇宙の旅 トリップアドバイザーのインフォグラフィックスで世界の旅が見えるから)”.jpg

If I double click one of this file a windows appear telling me something like:
Impossible to open file.....

I repeat. This problems appears:
1) if a file has japanese character in the name
2) if the folder in which the file is has japanese characters (even if the file has a normal name).

Is it possible to fix this problem? I'm sure that this will happen also with file with strange characters like russian, korean, chinese etc.

Sorry. I read other messages in the forum about my problem.
Now I know that Xnview doesn't support those not-unicode characters. I hope it will do it in the future.
But I see people that requested this in 2010 and is still waiting so....I don't think it will support that soon.

If I read correctly XnviewMP instead support all weird characters in the world.
So I will install XnviewMP again.
