Could you upload the original files so that someone can test them?

You'll probably have to place them in a ZIP or similar archive, 2MiB the current forum attachment limit, or upload to the cloud and provide a link...

Edit: You have Ghostscript [32-bit for XnView Classic] installed, do you?

The file is my commercial work so I've changed it a bit.
Here's the source files:

I have 32-bit Ghostscript 8.64 installed with CorelDraw X8.

At a quick look, all I have time for now, and I'm not very familiar with AI and EPS files:

I see similar issues when the files are opened in another freeware program (that also uses Ghostscript) and also when the files are opened in Adobe Acrobat (which converts the files to PDF, and for the AI file advises that it can't find or create the font 'Cotdien Typeface' ) ...

So possibly a problem or settings issue with the program you used to create the files??

For the colour issue you mentioned, there is an option in Tools > Options... > Read/Write > Read tab > EPS/PS/AI/PDF to use CIE colour, that you could try.

About the fonts: I think the problem is in that particular font, I've changed it to some others and they rendered correctly.
About the colors: yes, CIE Color corrects the situation partially. Now the preview colors have become more accurate but the colors of thumbnails are still wrong.
Thank you.
