XnView 1.97.5 doesn't show up folders in viewer

XnView 1.97.5 doesn't show up my folders on W2K. Neither those on partition C nor those on other partitions.
I've made a screenshot to illustrate my problem:

Confirmed :bugconfirmed:

On Windows XP and Vista folder tree works , but on Windows 2000 it is broken.

Right only on OS before Xp
