DCE tools 8bf plugin not recognized

Xnview doesn't seem to recognize the DCE tools filter, it won't appear in the list of filters, even though other 8bf filters in the same directory show up fine. DCE tools does work in most other progs that can use 8bf filters, so it's not one of those oddball ones that only works in photoshop.

I'll check these plugins too
