Is there an easy way to invert black and white on a file (not negative, only black and white)?

Thank you, but I mean:
To reverse black and white values of the image.
This inversion will change only the pixels that are either pure white or pure black.
The use is for printing of the images with black background (screenshots from programs).

You may get somewhere close to the change you need using [XnView MP settings]:

1. Image > Map > Negative

2. Image > Adjust > Levels... [Move top right slider to left]
