Photoshop - Blank
Posted: Fri Mar 03, 2017 11:14 am
hi, i'm new to the forum. i did a quick check and did not find the answer to my problem. if it has already been answered, please point me to it. thanks.
i'm using photoshop (cc 2017).
i save a photoshop image, in psd format, with psd & psb compatibility turned on. i can view the psd image in xnview (v2.39).
i save the image with psd & psb compatibility turned off. i cannot see the psd image. it is blank/white.
i also get a "multiple pages" message.
so, is this a bug in xnview? or something new that has to be coded?
thanks.
info: photoshop -> Edit -> Preferences -> File Handling -> Maximize PSD and PSB File Compatibility.
choices: Always, Never, Ask.
file size is smaller if you don't choose to make it compatible.
