Add Explorer Context-Menu [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell]

This is probably the last thing i need to throw away Explorer.
I still need Explorer to execute self-made and third-party Tools by right-clicking on a Folder or File
for exampre Treesize has this implemented (http://www.jam-software.com/)
-> Could also be added for Files, but needs perhaps more programming since more complicated [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT]
