Scroll — Previous/Next switch mode

Hello,
I think it will be useful to switch modes of cursor keys between previous/next file movement and scroll mode (in case of off the screen viewing) automatically.
And it will be great to have the ability to change colors of a text background in the file list (when "Use colour based on file format" is on).
