Hi,ç

Congrats for your program :)

In assessing (Valorar) the photos would be nice to also keep it appraisement photo metadata, so that never lost and could see by giving properties> Details and saw in Classification.

Thanks, Bon jour

Thanks for registering and welcome to the XnView forum, Nucleorion. Do I understand your question right: You want to rate an image and this rating should be saved in the IPTC or XMP data of the image?

Thanks! I explain :)

When I rating an image the changes no appear in metadata file. Example in "Clasificacion"

Also when I set a tag no appear in "Etiquetas" etc.

Anyway, I say save rating, tags, etc. into to jpg file. Not in db file. When I rating an image and open in other computer my ratings, tags, etc. are not.

Windows explorer uses XMP metadata. Storing information like ratings (valorations) as XMP meta-data is supported by XnView MP - not XnView Classic.

Thanks!

I installed the XnViewMP and see the XMP tab
I can assign the rating XMP with a keyboard shortcut?
I can filter images by rating XMP?
