Learn about wchar_t and W-versions of WinAPI functions

For software started in 1991 lack of ability to work with Unicode in 2015 is a shame. XnView Classic could be perfect viewer for all NT-based Windows generations from 2k to 10 if it had this feature.

Need too much work to change for unicode support, you have XnViewMP with native unicode
