Extended Right Click in the Title Bar (and empty areas)

In addition to the Right Mouse Button on files/folders, it would be nice to add actions for the RMB on the Title bar and empty areas (Menu, separations, etc...).

Please consider (with an active Browser Window):
- Refresh and Stop (and remove them from Files' RMB)
- View as (Thumbnails, etc...)
- Sort by
- Favourites (+sub-menus)
(maybe some often used tools could be added as well: Options, Search, Batch convert(empty), Batch rename(empty), Open...)
