This is a situation that occurs when I open an image that is on my desktop (Windows XP), and then open the browser in XnView. In the folder pane, it jumps to the ACTUAL location of the Desktop folder, in this case "C:\Documents and Settings\John\Desktop\". The problem--although minor--is that this opens up a huge long list of folders that I don't really consider working folders. It seems more intuitive to me to only jump to the the "pretend" Desktop folder in the folder pane. That is, the Desktop folder with the unique icon that STARTS the folder branches.
Anyone agree? disagree?
