[REQ] Option to disable Browser toolbar(with pathbox)

When switching between treelist and browser with the TAB-Key the focus
also cycles through the browser tollbar (with pathbox).
Making the browser toolbar toggable would be highly appreciated as i
never use the browser toolbar and find this unnecessary focus cycle
disturbing.

This would mimic ACDSee´s behaviour where the pathbar on top of the
browser window can be toggled off and allows for easy switching
between browser and treelist with just one press of the TAB-Key.
