Automatic light mode

I've got another idea...

Automatic light mode feature - for faster start - if enabled:

- only few image formats would be turned on at XnView startup
- no plugins would be loaded (or just few) at XnView startup
- no settings would be loaded from xnview.ini file at XnView startup (excluded "fullscreen" settings, or they would be moved to registry settings at XnView exit...)
- rest of image formats, plugins and settings from xnview.ini file would be loaded after switching to browser

Able to turn it on/off in options and with button and hotkey

OR

Rest of image formats, pluggins and settings from xnview.ini file would be loaded after first image in fullscreen is loaded:

- XnView is closed
- double-click on image
- image is loading in fullscreen (or viewer)
- no rest of image formats, plugins, xnview.ini settings are loading
- image is fully loaded
- rest of image formats, plugins, xnview.ini settings are loaded then

Very simply - it's all about move loading of some image formats, plugins and ini file from xnview startup to start of browser.
