Fax .tif proportions

Fax .tif proportions

Whenever I receive a tif fax with DPI 204x98, the displayed image proportions are incorrect. The image appears stretched or squashed. I see that there are settings in the full windows version to correct for this; is there a way to correct it on a PocketPC?
