0.88: status information missing (browser)

In the browser mode (windows 10), when I click on the "first" image (no folders in that directory) in a folder, the filename, dimensions etc. will be missing on the status bar at the bottom. It won't happen for other images in the folder.

Yes - everytime. So, are you able to reproduce it at your side?? FYI, if there are folders before the "first" image, it won't have any problem. If the image file is the first file listed in browser, then the status bar at the bottom will not show the filename, dimensions etc. when I click on that file. ie. It only happens for the "first" file on the list with no other file/folder preceding it.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 0.89. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.

After I figured out that View as must be "List" I could reproduce in 0.88 :?

Tested in 0.89 beta 2, fixed.
The file information of the first file in a folder is now displayed in te status bar.
