I can't really tell a difference other than in XnViewMP and one browser extension. (Imagus)
I can take a video if you like to see the difference, but browser scrolling works fine.

If there are other programs with the issue I haven't found them yet.

The program is almost unusable for me as it is. I've had to resort to grabbing the scroll bars which has really slowed me down. Thanks!

Could you please consider this again? This is still broken, and I've uncovered even more problems. If you delete a subfolder and there are hidden folders in the same directory, it removes the hidden folders from the tree. There is no way to refresh to get them back, only restarting the program will ...

I'd be happy with either, but I think the first one make more sense with both input boxes grouped together.

Of course the ultimate is to make it customizable like the other toolbars.
