0.85 has changed the behaviour... but it's not solved.
If you don't have ghostcript or anything like that, when you reach a pdf file Fullscreen shows a blank screen. It doesn't abort Fullscreen but it's distracting.
I think pdfs should be completely jumped when not supported.

Re: 0.85b2: Manually set video position ignored
Official 0.85 remains completely unchanged: H264 files replay from the start of the clip. H265 files don't replay. Some more new info: when playing this kind of files, (at least from my NX1), the play/pause button remains showing pause even when the file has ended . It seems XnView does not "stop" t...

0.85 installed fresh and the issue is gone.
When I say fresh:
When I say fresh:
- I've unistalled XnViewMP through its uninstaller in Windows.
- I've deleted BOTH its C:\Programs folder and Roaming\XnViewMP
- I've used regedit and I've deleted everything that contained "XnView".

Thanks for all your efforts...
I don't know. Maybe Pierre can locate possible triggers with the clue about Fullscreen - Browser vs. Fullscreen - Viewer.
Nevertheless when 0.85 official is launched I'll try completely uninstalling everything and reinstalling again.

I suppose this is also a variant of the very same issue.
XnView also seems to conflict to itself when trying to batch-rename several videos from Browser. Look at the following screenshots:

Re: 0.85b2: Open from file behaviour is related to source fo
What happens if you switch to Fullscreen-Viewer? GOOD GUESS!!! At least to help tracking it down. The bug doesn't happen if I start in Fullscreen-Viewer . So whatever is different between Fullscreen-Viewer and Fullscreen-Browser is triggering the issue in my system. But if you are willing to upload...

Soft Proofing
Well, if you wanna go pro, go pro... 8) 8) Color management is just a must with nowadays wide gamut monitors. (More over Adobe Lightroom does not even allow you NOT using Color Management against the Monitor Profile) . But Soft Proofing would be also welcomed and I suppose it's not that difficult to...

And yet another possible variant: XnView seems to conflict with itself when renaming a video from Fullscreen. But it works fine with images.

Re: 0.85b4: Weird dialogue when renaming Videos in Fullscree
Hi, Helmut. It's not exactly the same bug. Here, I haven't opened the video file with any external program... It's a "conflict" of XnView with itself which is absurd. And it doesn't happen with images, only with videos. But I guess its cause is probably related (or it's just the same one). I'm going...

0.85b4: PDF files (and others?) abort Fullscreen
XnView: MP 0.85 64 bit OS: Windows 10 1607 - 64bit When in Fullscreen, pdfs cause XnView to go to Browser. (Maybe other "unsupported" file types too?. No time for more tests, going to bed). Effect: Unexpected behaviour. To reproduce: 1. Go to a folder with mixed files which contains at least pdfs. (...

0.85b4: Weird dialogue when renaming Videos in Fullscreen
XnView: MP 0.85 - 64 bit OS: Windows 10 1607 64bit A weird dialogue is shown after trying to rename a video in Fullscreen mode. See Attached screenshot. Effect: What the hell is that? To reproduce: 1. Go to Fullscreen in a folder which contains videos. 2. Go to any video. 3. Press F2 to rename that ...

Hello all, 2- Right clicked on C:\Users\HVroon\Desktop, on the Location tab moved the folder to D:\Profile\Desktop. I suppose that's similar what you have done arspr. First of all, thanks for testing. Yes. That's the procedure I did AGES ago... As I already said, no registry hacks. Nevertheless, a ...

Re: 0.84: Video slider moves with Auto play=off
Confirmed.
Nevertheless, there's something strange with that video. LAV Filters do not play it. (I mean neither Windows Media Player nor XnView with useInternalVideoPlayer=false can play it). But MPC-HC (which also uses LAV Filters but internally) does actually play it without problems !?!?!?

Re: 0.84: Very slow startup on Win7 x64
I've also suffered it with 0.85 beta versions in Windows 10 At least with these beta versions, the problem seems to be that they are not "signed" or whatever . The very first time I tried to run them after install (copying them, I mean) I got a serious warning from Windows Defender about (I don't ex...

Re: Access to system context menu (mouse right-click menu)
Using Ctrl+Right-click or Shift+Right-click to call the Windows context menu instead of XnView own one. Possible, but not discoverable. How can we let the user know about this? I don't know about coding so I don't know how hard this feature could be to implement. I only know ACDSee has it which is ...
