Re: 0.84: "Compare window" without Tabs

Pierre, if you think [x} must exit app to keep similarity in action with 'browser' or 'view', then you have to add additional button -'back to browser' in Compare - as in View mode. Because there is no other way to return to browser with mouse click (with tabs off).

Re: 0.84: "Compare window" without Tabs

I think for Compare window as an additional, temporary, helper tool - to choose image by some criteria and return to main window So it is must not quit the appl when closed, but return to ...

Re: 0.84: "Compare window" without Tabs

sorry about CTRL key, so without tabs, you have only ESC to close the compare window Only Esc key is closing the 'Compare' window properly (returning to Browser), but pressing [X] button will not return to Browser, it will exit the program - I think this is a bug. Pressing [X] button on 'Compare' m...

Re: 0.84: "Compare window" without Tabs

I just select 2 files and go to menu>tools>compare or from my toolbar. Again TABs are NOT in use. P.S. Ok - there IS another way to cl...

Re: 0.84: "Compare window" without Tabs

xnViewMP without tabs , select 2 files and click Compare in menu. Compare window will open (it is not second window together with main appl window as in xnViewClassic , but only Compare !), there is only one way to close this window - by "X" button on top-right corner. This is equal to - exit xnView...

If thumbnail cell background is disabled - default background color from Theme is exposed. 2017-02-062.jpg There are 3 more background colors in Settings: Browser > Preview Background Color View>Background Color Fullscreen>Background Color If these 3 have same settings as in thumbnail cell>backgroun...

Theme and background colors question.

If I apply FusionDark theme everything is OK, except background colors for preview window and full-screen. (Browser background not changed too, but Thumbnail Cell>Background can be disabled for better theme appearance) This force me to use different INI files for dark and light themes if I want full...

Re: mouse button 4 & 5 for navigation

@whismerhill:

Try X-Mouse Button Control

It's an excellent free program for mouse buttons customization.
Allows to use different buttons settings for different applications.

Re: Small bug with toolbar positioning

Still same in xnViewMP-64 v0.84
To reproduce:
1. Drag toolbar to dock it wherever you like, but not in default position. Or leave it floating.
2. Open Settings window and close it with OK.
-> Toolbar will jump back to default horizontal position.
Annoying.

Re: Checking Large icons gives Small icons

My mistake come because I was playing with the file ..XnViewMP\UI\toolbar.ini There is a value for "size" > value controls size of icons, looks like very small values will revers check box "Large Icons". Actually I don't understand what and why happens. The conclusion is - don't play with interface ...
