Shift or Ctrl and mouse-wheel zooming

Thanks for the new beta :) [*] to reset zoom to 100% doesn't work in view or fullscreen mode anymore and do you think it would be possible to add an option to use [shift] as a [ctrl] key when using the mousewheel to zoom in and out.. maybe allow the user to have [ctrl], [shift] etc user defined so t...

Browser>Preview Pane -Tear off option

Any possibility of an option to tear off the preview pane into its own seperate window with its own quick options like Always on top.. etc... would be brilliant, so many more possibilities.. like have the preview pane on a seperate monitor... or just the easyness to position it anywhere on the scree...

would be nice if xnview just upgraded your ini, and kept your user settings.

Last beta update I had to use a file compare and manually edited the new .ini file just so that I wouldn't have to go through the options screen trying to pick all same settings, and colour styles.

X/Y Confusion

<Moderator's note: This topic has been split from another topic > ok.. i'm just gonna say what i'm looking for as I probably haven't explored all the options in this program, and its hard to tell whats a bug, and whats just limited functionality, or etc so I have this setting( Fit image to desktop ...

nevermind.. should really have gone through all the options.. "Fit image to desktop , large only" is probably the best solution. Still would like to know if there are hotkeys to quickly change these settings on the fly... and maybe I could suggest some visual representation for each option like a sm...

Maybe it is helpful for mods and the devs' I dunno but for the...

B2: View Mode

I'm sure in the earlier version this didn't happen.. basically I'm sick of xnview defaulting to the center of an image.. example.. I'm looking at a lot of hi res photos 3000px+ and by default I have 'Auto Image Size' set too: Fit Window to Image. Now thats good, whats not good is that when I scroll ...

It looks good.. I actually have the toolbar turned off don't need a load of icons for viewing photos, and when there hotkeys/ and mouse controls that can get things done, its even less reason to have a toolbar with icons on screen... but it is vibrant and the rating icons seem to look good. but more...

my cache_thumb file is over 600mb ... it took a while to come onto the cache screen, so any sort of indication as to how much longer it would take, or some dialog that says press 'esc 'to cancel this opperation :D would be much needed
