Re: "File already exists" dialog improvements
those improvements are very interesting! news about them? be patient... the original post (suggestions, no planned feature improvements) is from 2005 :-) but if you want to try it for yourself, just check every point and see what could be removed from the list. then, write your ideas down and why y...

Re: moving quickly through folders is not possible anymore?
How that? With keyboard? yes. with keyboard. and in browser-mode. moving with the crsr-keys up/down is easy, but trying to enter i.e. "foo" while pressing "f" + "o" + "o" directly jumps to the first folder which is starting with "F" and then jumping directly to the first folder starting with "O". w...

What about a compromise? Keyboard shortcut to toggle between show/hide the hidden files? Requested years ago. thats not a compromise :-) thats a total other feature (which implementation i ++support) ignoring user-chosen files/folders is not the same like hide system-files/-folders. but we all know...

yeah. thats looks good. on the other hand, all dialogues on one window is faster to proceed. but i like it. you could add the option to manipulate the images/thumbs with a given script (i.e. saved in the transformation dialogue by the user) also this feature (keep orientation of thumbnails) is still...

web page create "follow orientation" ?
hello, xn 1.95.4 in the web page create dialogue, something like "follow orientation (switch W/H)" is missing. xn creates always fixed thumbs of i.e. 320x200 and never 200x320, if the original image has a vertical orientation (or was is the other way, horizontal?) anyway, i hope, you get the point: ...

I just verfied in my normal C:\ directory that it does work with letters (not only numbers like tested before). I have no clue why it does not work for you, usually I am the one wh...

I guess in your case (intensive work in fullscreen), FastStone image viewer might be better and more effective than XnView. Perhaps you give FastStone a try. (Probably a bit surprising to read a recommendation for a competitive product). Apart from that: It's the concept of XnView to have a browser...

It's in the custom rotate dialog. well, it took me about 20 minutes to find this dialogue!! the reason: i never use this "viewer-" mode. i'm only using "browser-" and "fullscreen-" mode. so why is the a difference in the amount of functions/options anyway?? why is it, the viewer-mode has more optio...
