Thanks! This is an annoying problem, I would love to use XnView in only one instance, but because of this problem I am forced to allow more instances.
To have this fixed would be awesome, thanks for your work!

Ok, I found the config entry causing the problem:
General / Startup / Only one Instance: ON

An XnView is already running, TC starts another process, and seemingly there is a communication problem between TC and XN, hence TC consumes 100% processor time, loses the focus, etc

We are still not sure if XnView is to blame, and we still dont know what config to use to reproduce the error... can you please help?

No embedded thumbnail here, but I found the problem. TC starts an own XnView instance and leaves it running. So if I change something in the options in XnView (which is another process), and want to see the result in TC, I have to kill that process first. Then it is working, so now I can switch betw...
