When I open Xnview, it is maximized on the laptop screen.
When I put the focus on it, this does not change the colour of the top bar like any other ...

Re: nconvert messes up rotation of iPhone photos
I had a comparable problem with xnview and iphone pictures with a rotation command in the EXIF.
It seems, that xnview and the windows 10 photo viewer do rotate the images according to the EXIF - but internet browsers do not, which fires back, when building web pages.
It is a bit tricky to find that ...

Re: How to switch to "Fit image to window" for CURRENT sessi
My observation is, that the auto-size setting jumps back from "fit all images to window" to "fit only large images to window" every time I display then next one. So the "all" in the setting first mentioned is actually a lie

corrupt GIFs (v 1.96.5)
I discovered Xnview to make a GIF unreadable by all browsers just by loading it and storing it back under a different name.
The GIF was extracted from word2000 a document by storing it in html-Form.
The bug is quite intricate, since reducing the size somewhat may make it readable again or not ...

swap of print width/height dependent on printing width
Hi,
I found, that everything is o.k. as long as the printing width, given in cm, isn't bigger than the original image height, given in px, divided by 118.
Can anyone else reproduce this?
Could it depend on the printer model (mine is a hp 959c)?
My machine is a PII-350 running W2K.
