XnView Software

Hello.
It has become apparent that cloud based Raven scanners will no longer be able to use the cloud service after the end of 2023.

After unpacking zip for XNview (full version on Win XP) there is no installer so I just run XNview executable.
I get the msg 'InitialiseCriticalsectionEx could not be located...."
However XNview seems to run OK.
Any advice welcome about this error.
