It's tedious to constantly configure the same effect over and over again , There should be an option to save settings ( Presets ). Presets would be the best way to save settings. Multiple presets for multiple custom configurations

After researching.... I know what the problem is here

It is the effect called " OutLine ", that is what makes the slowdown occur

by disabling that effect, you can write fluently

IT´S EVEN WORST THAN BEFORE PIERRE... :?

When I use the pencil, a dot appears at the beginning of the stroke and a dot at the end of the stroke and it does not allow the stroke to be moved ...

shadow option is missing (it needs Drop Shadow)
