Since it was added to XnView MP, can you add it in nconvert too, please?

Btw why there are 2 versions maintained unicode and not? Since unicode should be better why keep updating ansi version and make it as main, does unicode have any flaws/cons comparing to non unicode one?

Thanks, it working now but for convertion from any format to avif nconvert still needs AVIFlib.dll, but since we have newer aom.dll can you plz make it work without AVIFlib.dll?
And I have now weird problem with converting files to jpeg-xl ...

Sorry my mistake then. I though that NConvert could auto detect needed output format from ouput file name.

This bug or similar also exists in recent NConvert 7.154 (both Unicode and not).

1st command gives avif ouput file, 2nd png.

I had the same problem as yuanyues with languages like arabic, chinese and so on. With the Unicode version it works for all languages (en de jp ko ru fr ar zh_cn zh_tw es it pt tr pl id th vi). Thank you very much 👍

But the Unicode version introduced a bug. I've compared it with version 7.136 ...

It is in the ZIP, isn't it, or do you need something else?

There are error in description or implementation of this command:
-avif_quant_alpha lossless min max : AVIF Quantization for alpha (lossless=0/1, min-max=0/63)
for real nconvert reads only 2 values in this case: loseless and quantization (but I dunno if this is min or max or maybe even average ...

It was already implemented some time ago for XnView MP viewtopic.php?f=104&t=43901&p=183917&hi ... uv#p183917 so I dunno why same didn't added for nconvert because this is very useful option.

I dunno why but if I open avif image from XnView with open file command all ok. But if I open it from Windows explorer with mouse click then instead of image XnView shows just white screen with no errors.

So far problem still exist: for example if nconvert spots "fake" png that is webp for real then it's removes transparency again if used "-merge_alpha -truecolors". But "-32bits" works fine - I think it should be suggested for me instead others.
