I noticed that the Private Message is stuck in the "Outbox", is there any additional action I have to do so it is marked as "Sent"?

Re: field support needed for Google Images features
This would be quite helpful so that this standard is widely adopted. Here is some additional info: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/data-types/image-license-metadata#iptc-photo-metadata From the Google Spec Page: Required properties - Web Statement of Rights A URL to a page that describes t...

Re: Display MWG-Regions and names on image
Thanks! Looking forward to this also. Would XNView also support the Microsoft People Tag schema as well as the new IPTC Image Regions?
I just posted in another thread news about the new IPTC standard which includes the IPTC Image Region - viewtopic.php?f=60&t=37078

Re: recognizing faces and people
Adding some info related to Face Tagging- IPTC recently introduced in their updated spec "Image Regions" which "can frame people in an image, using associated metadata from other fields in the standard attached to only that region, such as Person Shown". This would join the Microsoft People Tag sche...

Re: recognizing faces and people
Yeah, "Tag that Photo" is an excellent application for face detection and recognition. It has the capability of writing the face information back to the file as does Picasa, Windows Photo Gallery, Photo Supreme, Digikam, among others. If XnView could read/edit this information it would be great, the...

Re: To Support Time Zone in Photos
This would be quite helpful. The newer EXIF specification addresses time zone. I recently noticed that my smart phone camera app (Google Pixel 3) adds time zone info to those fields: 0x9010 OffsetTime string ExifIFD (time zone for ModifyDate) 0x9011 OffsetTimeOriginal string ExifIFD (time zone for D...

Run Exiftool command after editing IPTC/XMP Metadata
It would be nice to add a functionality which would execute custom exiftool commands post (after) a user edits IPTC/XMP Metadata. The photo geotagging application Geosetter has something similar in its settings and it is quite useful for extending capabilities. For example, say a user wishes that fo...
