Same folder content at the same time, view in XnView, GraphicConverter and Finder. The pictures were cropped by GraphicConverter (to leave it at 48 Bit). Yes, when I copy the file to another place, then thumbnail is correct.

Wrong miniatures.
Thumbnails are wrong, preview shows right pictures.
Opening shows also the right picture.
Not all of them, only the replaced pictures with the same filename.
Refresh does not change thumbnails.

How can I prevent a reduction of color depth?
I've got a original scan-picture with 48 bit color depth, these should turned and cropped.
But after processing I've got as result a picture with 24 bit instead of 48 bit color depth.
How can I prevent this?

Yes it works, but I want pictures in a range between 1.4 to 1.6.
Otherwise I get just the right ratios: 1.4, 1.5, 1.6. or something like attachment.
