I have tried all three options (Last Used, Current and Specified), but the problem persists.

Hi,

It is important that the command is executed from a command line (cmd.exe) and not from the Windows run command box (This works).

I'm using the default settings (I have deleted the old folder "%APPDATA%\XnView").
