Why no place to find instructions on how to use the program?
What good is a program when you do not know how to use it? Even more so what would the point to create a program and leave people in the dark? Can I use this program to organize pictures?

There is nothing I can find on the program. Nothing in the Help Section. Oh-looks like millions of comments to sift through. So is it one of these things if it is free-no instructions required? Is there an instruction somewhere online? Or just suck it up because it is free-you know-like Microsoft no...
