better place for loading picture indicator on viewer mode
Currently its on center of the application. Switching between small picture feels like something flickering in the middle. Put it on status bar would be nicer IMO, just like when browser mode generating the thumbnails. Also, on viewer mode, I only see it when switching to PNG images, but not with ...

I think yes. well, at first I think it should start only when cursor is on the image. compared to paint, it starts selection when cursor on the image. in irfanview, it starts even when cursor outside image area, but its not darken unselected area. the real problem could be when we click crop button ...

how to reproduce:
open image (view mode)
maximize window
hide title bar (ctrl+F11)
go to fullscreen (F11)
out from fullscreen (F11)
go to fullscreen (F11) -> fullscreen seems a little broken

how to reproduce:
open image (view mode)
go to fullscreen (F11)
hide title bar (ctrl+F11) -> causes lost tab, menubar, and toolbar
go to fullscreen (F11)
back to view mode -> causes lost tab(s)
win 8.1 x64

"convert into" context menu on browser mode on certain types
as I can see, "convert into" can be seen when right-click on any file types on browser.
I think it would be good if it only on images file since it work only on that types, or maybe other solutions.

open image->maximize window->go to fullscreen->exit fullscreen (window size get same as desktop)->go to fullscreen
see desktop edge
open image->ctrl+click on the image to zoom with hand cursor->go to fullscreen
