Well actually dh7's post helped. Moved the db to a flash drive and now it starts right away.

Specs: W10, XnViewMp 64

Issue: Once disabled, enabling again Format Colors doesn't seem to have any effect, only default color is applied.

Found out that executing it with admin rights speeds it up to 4 seconds, just slightly slower than classic, but acceptable.
Still, shouldn't it load at the same speed without admin rights? maybe it is a bug?
