Sorry it's IlmImf.dll
And XnViewShellEx.dll is in "C:\Program Files(x86) \ XnView"??
Yes, XnViewShellExT.dll is in this folder

You need to copy openEXR.dll in plugins folder of XnViewShellEx I have downloaded exr.zip from http://www.xnview.com/en/plugins.html within the archive IlmImf.dll I copied it to C:\Program Files(x86) \ XnView \ PlugIns The program XnView displays thumbnails of EXR, but SageThumb does not see them. ...
