Re: Preloaded thumbnails not working

which does a faster scan, as if it already had the thumbnails but was downloading other data. In other cases, it repeats the scan from scratch, even if we have already opened that folder previously

There is always a quick scan, thumbnails are imported one by one from catalog

Re: Preloaded thumbnails not working

why is good?

'base path' is only needed when you share hptos folder between computer

I thought the problem was completely solved but it is not. If I open a folder with many photos, the scan occurs and the thumbnails are created, then if I change folder and then go back to the previous one, a ...

The problem is that when I tried to launch the program and open the folders where I have the photos, XnView MP scans the folder ...

Re: Is there a way to reduce the borders under the pics (thumbnail view)?

sure, obviously... but in normal use they are gray. I use, and have used a lot of software and I don't remember one that has an interface, for the most part, gray. Sorry but where is the problem?

don't you see all the gray icons? Wouldn't it be much nicer if they were colored? :)

For example the stars could be light yellow and if you select them it becomes dark yellow. The delete file icon could be ...

Re: help about some aspects of interface...

yes, the path

I have ony {Filename} but always I see the Xnview MP write

It would be nice if it could be centered, it would be easier to identify the file name and it would also be more aesthetically pleasing

Thanks

help about some aspects of interface...

Hi :)

Can you tell me how to enlarge the text in the search bar, the path is written too small.

Then, in the top bar, how can I not make "Xnview MP" appear but only the name of the file I'm looking at?
And how can I make this name be centered automatically?

here my interface:

Re: Is there a way to reduce the borders under the pics (thumbnail view)?

what I notice is that there is a blur effect (I think that's what you call it) that I don't like and I'm not the only one, but maybe it's just us. I like bright colors, colorful icons, I really don't like this whole plastic glossy effect. Maybe it would be nice to have an option to change the ...
