1.6.2 & 1.5.5 don't show any dates on folders.
1.4.5 still display both created and modified!

I just update to XnView MP 1.6.2 64-bit (windows). I don't remember which version I had T__T. I might be misremembering things, but I was sure folders had the modified date below the folder name. Found it, it's only for the "View mode" (which I don't use), it's not present on "Browser mode" or under Keyboard shortcuts

1. With what tool did you do the screencast? :) With any screencast software, then I loaded the resulted video to VirtualDub, edit & export to gif, then gifsicle to optimize it... LICEcap? Do this:
XnViewMP should copy the item inside the selected folder, but instead, a copy in the current folder is made. O_q
- copy any element
- do right-click to any folder to show the menu
- paste the element:

While trying to move some big files (high resolution, gifs with many frames, etc...) looks like xnviewmp is done quite fast and tries to delete the original file while it's still trying to render in the preview. This causes a failed dialog to appear, clicking "retry" opens another one prompting you ...

*Maximize it & adjust the layout to your taste

You can appreciate how the whole interfaz shrank, the max button is still activated and the frame is "unresizable"
