Favourite management (removing or changing the order of favourites) is missing. There's only "Add Favourite", so I'm adding and the list gets longer and longer.

Re: Features needed
Hi!
Options > View > "Only one window view opened"
is missing in MP.
I liked this option, it kept me from chaos. Would be great to get it back.
But anyway, congrats on version 0.51. It is much more stable and predictable than the previous version so far, great work.

Re: Linux 0.39 Zoom + selection resize = crazy pan
I tested this today on Windows XP 32 bit (and different hardware), and it's the same behaviour except that the little preview box disappears inbetween. So seems to be independent from OS, and you should be able to reproduce it.
(I forgot to mention my Linux is 64 bit).

Re: Linux 0.39 Zoom + selection resize = crazy pan
Sure.
I moved to OpenSuse 12.1 / KDE 4.7.2 meanwhile, but the same thing happens.
1 - large selection

2 - zoom to the border (with ctrl+mousewheel, but I don't remember if the shortcut is standard)
and grab the handle

Linux 0.39 Zoom + selection resize = crazy pan
To recreate:
1. Make a large selection
2. Zoom to a selection border (its middle), so that only that border is visible and not the entire selection.
3. Grab and move the handle to resize the selection.
Result:
1. The zoomed region jumps (pans) to an unexpected place somewhere in the middle or ...

When this is set:
