Howto customize the "First Start" Settings

Hi,
we want to publish ´XnView MP' on a TerminalServer Solution.
When a User starts the App for the first time, he runs in an initial Dialog with almost perfekt Settings except regarding the updater Setting.
We dont want scheduled updates. It would be best if we could suppress this initial Dialog completely.

How can we change this Settings. Hopefully there is a way to customize it centrally.
