Finding Suggestions in the Suggestions forum.

Post by tannim »

Not sure if this is the correct forum to post this in but,

The suggestions forum is too full of suggestions, it's so hard to search for them that a lot of suggestions can be duplicated.

It may be easier to just copy the subject for each suggestion, and copy the link to it. Paste all of them into a single text file, or maybe a few, and update it with new suggestions. People could open that file and use the browser's search function to find the relevant words of their own suggestion.

Example

Right Click Drag/Drop on Files

Mouse Copy/move/delete Folders in Tree Pane

I guess the Global Request & Suggestion list *Read this first* is what you are looking for.

no in a way, yes in a way.

It is the basic idea, but it has not been updated and does not include very many of the suggestions posted. That means people still have to dig through the forum to see.

O.k., I understand. Moderators, mainly Dreamer, update the list every now and then. But it's hard to keep track of all those minor suggestions and their various aspects. Would be good if more people pointed us to missing suggestions by placing a post in the topic "Global Request & Suggestion list".
