But sRGB isn't for CMYK :? (I know it saves the converted file in sRGB)
For example, Photoshop uses US Web Coated SWOP v2

You can change the profile in Option>ICC

My problem is that the photo is untagged, without any ICC profile and I can't select anything.
Photoshop shows it different. I need to know what profile XnView uses to convert CMYK to RGB as default :(

I defined an ICC profile there but it makes no change. Here's the photo:

I still don't know what profile XnView uses to convert CMYK->RGB

For conversion CMYK->RGB, XnView doesn't use profile by default.
If you set Default ICC profile 'US Web Coated SWOP v2', the conversion result must be like photoshop...

all windows picture viewers display CMYK files correctly accept your program, is it too hard for you to make it display correctly? even PAINT does it correctly

This issue has been fixed in version 2.40. Please refer to “Wrong colors: 32bpp jpg gets interpreted as 24bpp” for more information.
