In version 1.0 we finally got full archive display support. However in 1.02 it's suddenly gone again.

This feature is now finally in the 1.0 version of MP. Though you have to manually set a few associations for non-standard extensions.

The back and forward buttons on most modern mice are not used by xn view. Files inside archives the have an em dash character in the file name can be opened, but show no metadata or file name inside XN view and cannot be scrolled through, even if some other files in the same archive do have filenames that are registering normally. XnView understands or can be set to understand what external program to open things it can't open in. For example, PDFs cannot be open natively in Xnview, but if you right click there is a menu option to open with the associated program or editor.
